What Should I Wear?

The event is a formal event. The attire is Western Glitz and Texas Tux. Since the event is outside we encourage guests to dress warmly as temperatures are predicted between 52-62 degrees. While we will have heaters strategically placed throughout the grounds, please be prepared for some cold weather throughout the evening. Since the event is on our front lawn, ladies are encouraged to wear flats or their favorite Western boots to match our theme.

Is There Valet Parking?

Valet parking is available to all guests.

Is the Museum Following COVID Guidelines?

The event will be held outdoors with strict COVID regulations in place.  Our event has been approved by the city of Galveston.

Can I bid on the Auction online?

For your convenience, you can bid on the silent auction via phone, computer, tablet or in person. Click on the link below to go directly into the auction and start bidding on your favorite items.

The Live auction is in person only but you can set up a proxy bid by contacting Dallas Bean @ (409) 220-3465.

How Do I Check In?

When you drop off your car at the Valet on the side of the Museum, you will be greeted by our champagne hostess to give you a glass of champagne. You can immediately check in at registration area and receive your auction paddle and table number.

How long is the program?

The program begins at 6 p.m. After checking in you can enjoy the music of Mike and the Moonpies, bid on our silent auction, connect with friends, enjoy the finest hors d’oeuvres and a crafted cocktail. At 7:25, please make your way over to the main tent and enjoy a carefully curated menu for your enjoyment. The live program begins at 8 p.m.
