La Dolce Vita
Thank you for making this year’s GALA so successful. Your support is crucial to our museum’s mission of bringing history to life for generations to come. Now more than ever we need your continued support as we expand our educational and preservation efforts. During this year’s GALA, we highlighted three different ways to support the Museum this year. Your donations to these worthwhile areas of support for The Museum will ensure that we continue our mission. Thank you again for a wonderful event.
A special thank you to our co-chairs, Kate and Jim Lykes, our auction co-chairs, D’Lisa and John Johnston
and this year’s Buck ‘N Ball Honoree Mr. Johnny Carrabba!
Donate to Our Fund A Causes
As on Old 300 member, you will be recognized on a permanent wall at the Museum, be invited to the Museum’s Annual Lecture Reception, receive premier access to The Bryan Museum’s most meaningful mission activities and opportunities, and be recognized for your extraordinary commitment to preserving and promoting the history of Texas and the American West.
The Bryan Museum’s Preservation Fund helps to preserve and maintain the building’s infrastructure. As extreme weather conditions continue to create wear and tear on the historic building and grounds, your donation will help us seal windows, repair the original fence from 1895, and reinforce the brick composite of our exterior walls. Preservation of Alfred Mueller’s architectural gem will allow us to continue to house one of the most important collections of Texas and the American West in Galveston.
Help bring The Bryan Museum’s educational exhibits, curriculum, and artifacts to students all over Texas with our Bryan Mini-Museum. Your donation provides school districts with access to visit the Museum without leaving their schools. These mini museums provide teachers a hands-on learning tool to thousands of students who would not be able to visit the Museum in person. These interactive experiences are sure to make learning fun and exciting!
