“The people who work here are amazing! They are so friendly, caring, and dedicated to the Museum. I really love just being in this building with all of its history. I have also learned a lot about Texas history, which I sorely lacked before moving here. Working the private events is also fun for variety and right up my alley!”
“I take great pride volunteering at the Bryan Museum, which I consider to be one of Galveston's premier community and tourist destinations. It is much more than a museum, and offers a place for education, community service and an opportunity to meet neighbors. As a volunteer I have made close friends with the other volunteers and the awesome staff. My favorite part of volunteering is watching people's faces when they see the jaw dropping collection of Texas and Western history and how it is displayed in such a historic and beautiful building.
