Visions of New Mexico

The stunning landscape and architecture of New Mexico have inspired generations of artists. This exhibition drawn from the collection of the Panhandle-Plains Museum features nearly 60 paintings from some of the most recognizable painters from the Taos and Santa Fe Schools including Joseph Sharp, Walter Ufer, Martin Hennings, and Irving Couse.  The exhibition is curated by Byron Price, Director of the Charles M. Russell Center for the Study of Art of the American West at the University of Oklahoma.
