Come tour our romantic gardens and ceremonial Gazebo, stunning Conservatory, Bridal Suite & Groom’s Lounge. Sip on cool signature cocktails as you chat with wedding pros from caterers, florists, photographers to bakers & planners. You can easily design your entire wedding in one day!

Tickets are only $10 and include a complimentary cocktail and free admission to the Museum.

Wedding Packages

All events are to be held within the hours of 5:00 pm–10:00 pm. Your package also includes complimentary admission for you and all your guests to tour The Bryan Museum’s collection on the day of your wedding and the day after!

Full Wedding Packages and Details

The Gazebo and Conservatory
Ceremony & Reception (Up to 140 guests)

Peak Season - (March-May/October-December): $14,000
Non-Peak Season - (January-February/June-September): $12,000

INCLUDES:
• Five hours of event time (5:00pm to 10:00pm)
• Three hours of preparation time in Bridal Suite on the day of the event
• You may schedule use of our beautiful gardens to take engagement photos or your bridal session -  a 2 hour pre-arranged photo session with your photographer
• One hour of rehearsal time prior to wedding
• Use of Gazebo, Conservatory, Bridal Suite, and Groom’s Lounge for five hours
• 140 white garden chairs for the ceremony
• Up to Fourteen 60-inch round tables
• Up to 140 walnut Chiavari chairs
• Six cocktail tables
• Two 48-inch rectangle tables
• Six 6-foot rectangular tables

Please Note a Day of Coordinator or Wedding Planner is required with any ceremony and reception or reception only package

Ceremony and Receptions may both take place inside the Conservatory during the Non-Peak Season, but the client must supply proper staffing for the flip of the space.

All rehearsals must the place between the hours of 4:00 to 5:00 PM - Exceptions may have to be made if there is an event booked the day before. Please note, if your party is more than twenty minutes late to the rehearsal it will be cancelled. 

The Conservatory
RECEPTION ONLY (Up to 140 guests)

Peak Season
(March-May / October-December): $12,000

• Use of Conservatory for four hours between the hours of 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm
• Two hours for your professional photo shoot prior to wedding date
• Up to 140 Walnut Chiavari chairs
• Up to Fourteen 60-inch round tables
• Six cocktail tables
• Two 48-inch rectangular tables
• Six 6-foot rectangular tables

Rehearsal Dinners

The Conservatory
REHEARSAL DINNER (UP TO 140 GUESTS) – $4,600

INCLUDES:

• Use of Conservatory for 3 hours between the hours of 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm
• 140 Walnut Chiavari chairs
• Fourteen 60-inch round tables
• Six cocktail tables
• Two 48-inch rectangular tables
• Six 6-foot rectangular tables

  • Monday - Friday Only
  • This package may not be used in place of a wedding reception - *restrictions may apply*
Bryan Museum Library
REHEARSAL DINNER (UP TO 60 GUESTS) – $4,200

INCLUDES:

• Event time: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
• Includes 1 hour of Museum viewing time 
• 80 Walnut Chiavari chairs
• Eight 5′ round tables to sit 60 comfortably
• Three 6′ rectangle tables for buffet & misc.
• Monday through Friday Only

This package may not be used in place of a wedding reception - *restrictions may apply*

The Fine Print

Booking Your Date

In order to secure your special day, we require a deposit of 50% of the venue fee. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.  This deposit is nonrefundable and must be paid before we guarantee a specific date.  The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event date.

Rescheduling

Should an event need to be rescheduled by the client, an administrative cost of $1,000.00 will be assessed. All rescheduling will be on a case-by-case basis and the new date will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The rescheduled dates will be within the following 12 months and be set on the same day of the week. Should there be no available dates within that timeframe then the next viable month would be put in place. All balances must be paid based on the original agreed upon dates.

Damage Deposit

We also require a damage deposit of $1000, which is due on day of booking via credit card. (Will only be charged if damage occurs) Museum staff will inspect the property the day following the event. The cost to repair any damage to the property will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Other Bar Information / Taxes & Gratuity

  • Bartenders are $175 each.
    • Any event over 20 guests must include a bartender; Two bartenders are required for events over 35 guests. There must be two bartenders at each bar.
  • Museum Security $200 each
  • Galveston Police Officers $220 each
    • Museum security and Galveston Police is required at all after-hour events and/or events over 75 guests
  • Additional bar set-ups are $200 each (2nd bar required for 175 guests and up)
  • Liquor, Beer, or Wine Selection changes may incur upcharges
    • $100 Upcharge to change beer options
    • Any substitutions or special liquor requests will incur an upcharge of $250 - $500
  • We do not serve tequila, doubles, or shots of any kind.
  • We do not serve underage even with the permission of parents.
  • We reserve the right to halt service to ANY guest at our discretion.
  • We do not offer wine or beer tastings
  • We require hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour
  • No bars outside all night June through September, but the cocktail hour bar may be outside as long as it is covered.
  • An 8.25% tax will be applied to bar packages, and a 18% service charge will be included on the bar bill.
  • Bar services conclude 15 minutes before the scheduled end of all events.
