The Bryan Museum welcomes you to celebrate your company events with us. Let us “wow” your staff and clients with our world class art collection, stunning Conservatory, and first-class service.  We have become the “Go-To” venue for companies who desire to have their clients experience a truly unique evening not possible anywhere else in Texas. We guarantee your guests will be talking about this experience for years to come.

Start with a cocktail party and private tour of our impressive museum built in 1895! We’ve had the honor of hosting some of the most distinguished leaders in our community as well as national organizations such as Merrill Lynch and Chevron.

(Please note that Corporate and Private Events are held Sunday through Thursday Only from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.)

• In order to secure your event date, we require a deposit of 50% of the venue fee. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.
   
• This deposit is nonrefundable and must be paid before we can guarantee a specific date.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event date.
   
• Should an event need to be rescheduled by client an administrative cost of $1,000.00 will be assessed.
   

• All rescheduling will be on a case-by-case basis and the new date will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

   

• The rescheduled dates will be within the following year and on the exact same day of the week. Should there be no available dates within that timeframe then the next viable month would be put in place.
   
• All balances must be paid based on the original dates of the original event date.
   
• We also require a damage deposit of $1000, which is due on day of booking via credit card. (Will only be charged if damage occurs) Museum staff will inspect the property the day following the event. 
   
• The cost to repair any damage to the property will be deducted from the damage deposit.

•  Bartenders are $175 each.
  • Any event over 20 guests must include a bartender; Two bartenders are required for events over 35 guests. There must be two bartenders at each bar.
• Museum Security $200 each
• Galveston Police Officers $220 each
  • Museum security and Galveston Police is required at all after-hour events and/or events over 75 guests
• Additional bar set-ups are $200 each (2nd bar required for 175 guests and up)
• Liquor, Beer, or Wine Selection changes may incur upcharges
  • $100 Upcharge to change beer options
  • Any substitutions or special liquor requests will incur an upcharge of $250 - $500
• We do not serve tequila, doubles, or shots of any kind.
• We do not serve underage even with the permission of parents.
• We reserve the right to halt service to ANY guest at our discretion.
• We do not offer wine or beer tastings
• We require hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour
• An 8.25% tax will be applied to bar packages, and a 18% service charge will be included on the bar bill.
• Bar services conclude 15 minutes before the scheduled end of all events.
• Please note: Any outside bar will be moved indoors if temperature is above 85, there is an option to move cocktail hour into the museum for a fee.
