Our first Thursdays is now on Wednesdays twice a month!  To kick off the new Wednesday social, music and wine series listen to the soulful sounds of Galveston's Patrick Oliver!

The Texas Rangers: America's Oldest Law Enforcement Agency

Storyteller
Toby Wilkinson, Jurist Doctorate -Toby is a BOI, and one of our best Storytellers here at Bryan, his family came to Texas in about 1867 after the Civil War. Toby has practiced law in Texas for 45 years, including high-profile cases with the Texas Rangers.

Talk Brief
Founded in 1823 by Stephen F Austin when he hired 10 Hardened frontiersmen as Calvery to “Range” the land and supplement the Mexican Government troops from Thieves and Indians. In November 1835, the Texas Rangers officially came into existence, and this is their story.

Give Back Event
Kendra Scott

The Kendra Scott Gives Back program helps community partners host local events for causes and organizations that empower women and youth. 20% of purchases made during the hosted event will directly benefit the cause designated by you. 

During our After Hours event, Kendra Scott representatives will bring a selection of Kendra Scott products to our location for purchase for 2 hours, and we will be given an online code that will be good for 48 hours. 20% of all purchases made during this time will be donated back to the museum to be used to fundraise for upcoming educational events. 

We will also be making an “exclusive” Bryan Museum piece with Kendra Scott that will be available for purchase during this time.
